I have USED this tree and roots... and breathing MANY MANY times in my life.
Millions of people do a daily grounding meditation.
IT IS THE VISUAL ..... that helps when you are learning to do this.
There is a thing in our brains.... well.... some call it.....THE MONKEY MIND.
You've seen monkeys at the zoo... they run around CRAZY...SCREECHING....
JUMPING ALL OVER THE PLACE. Our minds can do that too.
To CENTER and GROUND .... you can do this 2 minute
grounding.
After awhile... OVER AND OVER...................
You will SEE the tree.... you will feel your shoulders drop....
you will breathe several times, and you WILL feel calmer.
IT JUST needs to be done often at first... and then it is
part of your beautiful mind.... your beautiful muscle memory...
