For folks new to the blogging world - DO take the time to post a comment
on something you've read on someone's blog.
AND.... just as important, bloggers, DO take the time to acknowledge
comments made on your site. Reply back to the comments made.

I have heard bloggers say over and over how the dialog within their
comment area has sometimes been as important as the post
itself.
